**Duties**:

- Effectively manage the Sales Ledger
- Project, one-off and recurring revenue billing
- Ensuring that all invoices are raised and issued in a timely manner (regular review of Sales Orders)
- Analysis and Invoicing of usage-based contracts
- Maintaining accurate data in the ERP platform
- Raise credits by following the approvals workflow and carrying out checks prior to posting
- Support the Finance Team with the annual audit via collating supporting documents
- Internal and external stakeholders query investigation and resolutions
- Support with process improvements in the teams
- General administration duties such as data cleansing and data input

**Ideal Requirements**:

- AAT qualification / QBE
- Proficient Excel skills, including: V and X Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Presentations
- Great problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail along with high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing workload and priorities
