Our client in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Help Desk Coordinator to work in their local office on permanent basis.

*Job Description*

Working for our client within the facilities management sector. Duties will include:

- Logging incidents
- Sign sub-contractors to jobs
- Liaising with tenants and businesses
- Taking incoming calls from tenants and clients
- Responding within the agreed times
- Managing reactive jobs and scheduling the correct sub-contractors
- Chasing down open jobs and quotes
- General admin and data inputting

*The Requirements:*
- Previous help desk experience
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Good communication
- Good organisation
- Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to keep calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and superb forward planning and organisational skills

Monday - Friday
- 8:30-17:00

Permanent

Salary - £22k-£25k per year

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
