Senior Administrator

Blair West is looking for an exceptional senior administrator with a strong secretarial skill set to join our Gosforth-based client. This is an office-based role that will involve some international travel.
**The opportunity**:
- Database administration.
- Processing new members and member renewals.
- Attending meetings to take and produce minutes and action logs.
- Supporting association committees in advertising and planning of study days.
- Organising meetings, collating input papers and distributing Board packs - also to include booking travel, accommodation and meeting venue liaison.
- Updating websites.
- Collaborating with the events team in preparation for annual association conferences.
- General ad hoc duties.
- UK and international travel will be required.
- Previous secretarial or senior admin experience.
- The flexibility to travel every couple of months.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Familiar with note taking.
