ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (6 POSTS) FIXED TERM FOR 6 - 17 WEEKS

BEGINNING AUGUST 2024

Glasgow Clyde College is looking for 6 motivated Administrators to join in August for a fixed term over the College’s busy enrolment period.

The College is seeking to appoint MIS Enrolment Assistants and Student Funding Assistants. These roles involve working as a team to provide great customer service, processing payments and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure the smooth running of the enrolment process. Training will be provided.

Three posts are part-time, 21 hours per week Tuesday - Thursday on site at one of the College’s 3 campuses. These posts will begin in August for a 6-week period.

The other three posts are full time, 35 hours per week Monday - Friday working a mixture of on campus and from home. These posts will begin in August and end in November.
