Privately-owned, highly credible manufacturer of kitchens & bathrooms and distributor of household appliances are seeking a confident, enthusiastic Junior Logistics Administrator to join their close-knit, supportive team based in Avonmouth.
This is a brand-new, entry-level position; therefore, no previous experience is required and full training will be provided onsite. Whether seeking your first office role or a step into administration from warehouse duties, this Junior Logistics role offers the chance to learn all about the logistics function from a well-established team.
As Junior Logistics Administrator your duties will include placing purchase orders, reconciling supplier outstanding orders and ensuring data bases are updated correctly in addition to assisting colleagues to ensure all deliveries are on time.
Good general IT skills and willingness to learn will be key to this exciting role which could be your first step into a rewarding career in Logistics. **Duties of the Junior Logistics Administrator**:
- Supporting the Purchasing team x 2 with a range of administrative tasks
- Placing purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier outstanding orders
- Ensuring data bases are updated correctly
- Assisting colleagues to ensure all deliveries are on time
**In order to be successful as an Junior Logistics Administrator you will**:
- Be flexible, willing and enthusiastic

- Have good general IT skills with some experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
