Office Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for 1 bubbly person, with can do attitudes and the ability to adapt to different situations, to be our new Office Coordinator at our busy Postproduction office in London’s SoHo.

Daily Tasks include:

- Managing the runners
- Building management
- Keeping reception tidy
- Greeting and taking care of clients
- Answering the phone and passing on messages
- Supporting different teams (mainly the Accounts)
- Liaising with clients and the company departments and producers
- Front door/ building security
- Organising and serving meetings
- Raising invoices
- Organising and tracking taxis and couriers
- Managing Daily Floats and Petty Cash
- Making sure the office runs as smoothly as possible

ABOUT YOU:

- Vibrant and enthusiastic person
- Proactive with great communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Adeptness in all areas of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised
- Costumer service or/and admin experience
- Interst in film and tv production and post-production

Preferred but not required:

- Some former management experience or Front of House Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, W1F 8ZG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
