**Events Planner**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Events Planner to join our team. As an Events Planner, you will play a central role in orchestrating and executing memorable events for our guests. Your expertise in event coordination, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional experiences will contribute to the success of our events. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.75.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate a wide range of events, including weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings, from inception to execution.
- **Client Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- **Venue Selection**: Assist clients in selecting the ideal venue and event space, considering capacity, layout, and technical requirements.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers, to coordinate event logistics and ensure all services meet quality standards.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial parameters.
- **Timeline and Logistics**: Create detailed event timelines and oversee logístical aspects, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of event staff.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for event attendees, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service.
- **Event Promotion**: Assist in marketing and promoting events to maximize attendance and engagement.
- **Event Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of event details, including contracts, invoices, and guest lists.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Event Planning Experience**: Previous experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique and memorable events.
- **Client Focus**: Exceptional client service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and details simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to achieve successful events.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
