Event Planner

Location: London

Pay: £13.82 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Planner to join our team in London. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, ensuring they meet the expectations of our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate various events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and special occasions.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Venue Management: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure venues are set up and equipped as per event specifications.
- Logistics: Manage event logistics, including catering, audio-visual equipment, decorations, and transportation.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial compliance.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure services and products required for events.
- On-site Supervision: Oversee events on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of events, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Event Planning Experience: Proven experience in planning and coordinating events, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple aspects of event planning simultaneously.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to create unique and memorable event experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
