**The role in a nutshell**:
You will be providing HR Advice and support to all stakeholders associated with the end-to-end employment life cycle ensuring statutory and legal compliance.

The position is remote based, but will require travel on an ad hoc basis to our office based in Holmes Chapel when requested.

**How you will make a difference**:

- Support clients to create standard contracts of employment in line with local law.
- Review and approve suggested standard contract changes
- Provide advice and support to all stakeholders on statutory local law
- Process grievance, disciplinary case work in line with relevant skills and knowledge.
- Support the current HR Services Managers with complex work cases and projects including TUPE transfers.
- Maintain and update policies, handbooks, and knowledge zone areas in line with relevant local legislation.
- Support the delivery and administration of all company benefits/renewals and payroll processes.
- Have and build upon an in-depth knowledge of HR country specifics related to on-boarding, offboarding, payroll process and associated benefits.

- Previous proven experience within a HR role and environment
- Excellent written & oral communication skills, English language is a must
- Highly organized and process driven attitude
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Self-directed individual with initiative
