**Job Purpose**

The role of** Customer Retentions Advisor** is important to us. You will be responsible for the understanding of the drivers behind customers wishing to close their accounts by analysing and exploring current data on various CRM systems. With the intention to deliver to the wider business reports of why customers leave Radius Telematics.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Eurosales Building for the days you are in the office. You’ll report into Becky Taylor Customer Retentions Manager.

**Your key responsibilities day to day will be**
- Review customer cancellations to determine root cause.
- Retain existing customers through investigation, problem solving and resolution of queries.
- Build good relationships with internal stakeholders including customer service, tech support and installations.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Good customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- High functioning in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer service/retention role (desired but not essential).
