**Job Purpose**

The role of Retentions Specialist is really important to us. You will be responsible for reaching out to previous contracts and looking to resign them with our Telecoms products.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Emperor Court office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Making a high number of outbound telephone calls, looking to resign customers out of contract
- Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers
- Answer questions about products or Radius as business
- Drive retention, taking on feedback and putting it in to practice
- Offering services based on customer requirements
- Driving sales and upsell on Radius products and services

**What do we expect of you?**
- Telecoms knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
