You will be offered the scope and support to enhance your own career as you gain the experience and training you need to develop as aRecovery Worker.

During the first 6months you will be offered a range of blended learning to understand your role, responsibilities and the sector you are working in.There will be further development opportunities available which may include qualifications or internal accredited learning.

The starting salary for this positionis £20,298which will rise to £23,000 upon successful completion of probation at 6 months with future scope thereafter.
