We are currently recruiting for a Recovery Worker to work in our Shared Care team across the Wakefield District, where youll have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support who are experiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol usage.

To assist in delivering TPs Substance Misuse strategy by planning and providing high quality, innovative care which reflects our person centred values and the high levels of ambition we have for the recovery of the individuals for whom we provide support.

As Recovery Worker in the Shared Care Team you will hold a caseload of service users who are in receipt of Opiate Substitute Treatment prescribed through the Community GP Surgeries. You will be responsible for liaising with the GPs and other professionals involved in individuals care as well as delivering PSI interventions to support and promote recovery and positive outcomes.
