Customer Service Administrator

Our prestigious manufacturing client based in Cradley Heath/Halesowen are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join their office team.
Working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, with a basic salary of £20K per annum (37.5hours per week)
This is a variable role, where you will required to have excellent communication skills and a professional persona as you will be speaking with customers and senior Managers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- proven experience from a manufacturing/office environment
- excellent computer skills
- excellent telephone manner
- able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
