We are currently looking for:
**Sponge Spec Co-Ordinator and Product Cut Out Assistant, 39 hours per week**
- **Job Summary**:_
- Creating pottery specs that are ready for factory production. This includes the sponge, decorating & personalised specs. Costing samples accurately and efficiently, to ensure decorating times and std prices are correct.
- Work closely with Cut-out Co-ordinator to generate product cut-outs in a timely way to meet launch dates for Pottery & Lifestyle product.
- Upload cut-out imagery onto DAM platform
- Work closely with Cut-out Co-ordinator to generate assets for Wholesale stockists in a timely way to meet each season launch
- **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Generate Sponge Specs after pattern Sign off to realise pattern feasibility for pottery.
- Generate progressive specs & paper specs
- Issue ‘Green Spot’ pieces and specs to the manufacturing team in line with new product launch plan and critical path.
- Maintain the factory product specs, remove previous season from spec books and green spot piece.
- Assist Development Sponge Decorator.
- Work with finance to gain decorating time and std cost price for all spongeware pieces during development of range
- Assist the Cut-out Coordinator to generate cut-out photography by using photographic equipment
- Upload cut-outs onto the DAM weekly in a timely way to meet launch deadlines

- Direct report to head of Pottery Development & Quality
- Indirect report to the Product & Range Director and Operations Director
- Close working relationship with Design team
- Close working relationship with Operations Team (Stoke Factory) - Manufacturing/Technical/Warehouse in particular
