What You’ll Do:
Join our team as a Production Services Coordinator

As a Production Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process from pre-production to delivery for a dedicated list of clients. Your main tasks will include scheduling editing, audio and live gallery activities, coordinating post-production tasks, managing encoding and delivery requirements, and providing excellent client-driven support to our Production Services team.

To thrive in this role, you should have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be collaborating with various teams and clients to ensure seamless production workflows.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Work closely with Production Services Manager to ensure all resources necessary are booked and scheduled accurately and timely, that staff and freelances are allocated and booked as necessary and that the online scheduling system is always kept up to date.- Offer administrative and practical support to wider Production Services team by booking in non-resourced based tasks (encoding, transcoding, digitising, file deliveries, streaming, etc.), raising purchase orders, daily booking conflict checks, monitoring Avid and Nearline storage, stock levels.- Liaise with Runners daily re: suite clearing and tidying.- Assist Production Services Manager in offering unrivalled client service - maintain strong and regular client contact throughout a project, including daily visits to suites with the Production Services Manager as required.- Discuss any upcoming projects at weekly departmental meetings and to keep Head of Production Services informed of new projects and developments to existing projects- Assist Production Services Managers with quoting, invoicing and cost tracking as required- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Previous experience of liaising with clients, customers- Basic understanding of live gallery, post production and broadcast technology workflows- Working knowledge of industry standard scheduling system(s)- Proficient in Microsoft Packages specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Outstanding client and customer service skills- Excellent organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal)- Strong interpersonal skills (when to employ tact, diplomacy, discretion)- Uses own initiative and ability to work well as part of a team and on own without close supervision- Previous experience of working to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure- Strong problem-solving skills- Knowledge of sports production and international sporting events
