At IMG LIVE, we're seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production management team, you'll provide essential support for our live events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to provide key production coordination support across a range of live events.
  • Negotiate, book, and schedule freelancers and facilities to meet project requirements.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, equipment, and crew for domestic and international shoots, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Ensure risk assessments are properly created and health and safety considerations are fully addressed for all shoots and post-production work.
  • Develop and maintain call sheets, serving as the primary point of contact for crew members out of office hours.
  • Complete post-production deliverables, including paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist in budget compilation, inputting committed costs into the Cost Report, and reconciling with the Finance Assistant.
  • Troubleshoot and address ad hoc production queries and duties within the department, working closely with the Production Manager.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of outside broadcasts on location, directing runners, coordinating daily shuttles, and handling travel and crew changes under the supervision of the Production Manager.


Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent production coordination and support skills across live events.
  • Effective production support for the production management team.
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork, filming permits, release forms, and risk assessments are in place for production.
  • Ensuring all production deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
  • Compliance with company procedures as detailed in IMG LIVE's Production Guide.
  • Experience in creating call sheets, booking freelancers and suppliers, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety paperwork requirements, including risk assessments.
  • Knowledge and understanding of production workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills, reliability, and punctuality.
  • A positive, professional, and proactive approach to working effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience with managing complex and fluid production schedules.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Health and Safety Production Training and Project Albert Training (provided if current training is not up to date).
