Production Coordinator Role at IMG LIVE

At IMG LIVE, we're seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production management team, you'll provide essential support for a range of productions, including high-profile events and broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to deliver key production coordination support.
  2. Negotiate and book freelancers and facilities, ensuring seamless logistics.
  3. Arrange travel, accommodation, equipment, and crew for domestic and international shoots and broadcasts.
  4. Ensure risk assessments are completed and health and safety protocols are in place.
  5. Prepare call sheets and serve as the primary point of contact for crew out of office hours.
  6. Complete post-production deliverables and assist with budget compilation.
  7. Troubleshoot and address ad-hoc production queries and duties.
  8. Support the smooth operation of outside broadcasts on location.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  2. Excellent production coordination and support skills.
  3. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  6. Knowledge of production workflows and health and safety protocols.
  7. Experience with managing complex production schedules and logistics.
  8. Knowledge of SAP and health and safety production training.
