**The Position**
You’ll play a key role in ensuring success for your clients and the agency too, helping to grow partnerships and deliver great results. With a flexible approach to working, you’ll combine your expert problem-solving skills, creativity and strategic thinking.
With empathy and understanding at your core, you’ll connect and engage with people, but know how to approach conflict too - always looking to build strong and genuine working relationships both internally and externally.
You’ll work directly with clients, looking to understand who they are and what they offer as a brand. You’ll think outside of the box, making the most of your adaptability and versatility to get right to the heart of challenges.
**What We’re Looking For**
A confident and energised individual with a proven track record of growing brands and building second-to-none client relationships.
You’ll have excellent commercial awareness and a strategic mindset - someone able to unpack challenges and identify solutions and opportunities, always maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Having worked in a creative environment previously, working your magic across design and packaging accounts, you’ll stay up to date with the latest news and trends and utilise your knowledge and experience to connect with clients.
We’re looking for a leader here - a confident communicator who can help to grow and develop their team and the agency’s output too.
