We have a great opportunity for a flexible accounts person for a company with in the automotive sector.

You will ideally have some experience working within the motor industry.

In addition to accounting duties this role includes assisting the service manager with the administration of the after sales department, including interaction with customers.

Accounting duties required
- Reconcile Bank Accounts on a daily basis
- Daily processing of purchase invoices
- Processing the monthly and weekly payment run by BACS
- Allocation of money received
- Issue of After sales invoices

After sales Administration
- Answering and diverting all after sales telephone calls
- Dealing with customer queries when required
- Assisting with all administration duties requested by the service manager
- Meeting and Greeting all customers
