**Position: Accounts Administrator**
**Skills Required**:
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Relevant experience as an Accounts Administrator gained within construction
- Sage 50 Accounts (preferred)
- Construction Manager - Costing Package (Preferred, not essential)
- Preferably use of Egnyte (Preferred, not essential)
- Good general education - including English, Maths and IT
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks
- Attention to detail
- A professional, clear voice when dealing with Clients & Suppliers
- Knowledge of financial systems & processes
**Responsibilities Include but not Limited to**
- Create, update, and reconcile various project costs and generating reports
- Create new Projects and Files on ‘Egnyte’
- Document Handling of Project Information & Drawings
- Input of Subcontractor Applications
- Reconciliation of Subcontractor Accounts
- Checking and Verifying Subcontractors
- Checking and updating Insurance Details
- Subcontractor Payments
- Input of Supplier Invoices
.Processing CIS Tax and VAT returns
- Collecting Credit Card Information
- Checking and entering weekly timesheets
- Ordering Stationary
- Welcoming Clients and Visitors
- Supporting the rest of the team with General Office Duties
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 (dependent upon experience)
**Working Hours**: 8.30am to 5.00pm. (Monday - Friday)
**Holiday**: 20 Days plus Bank Holidays & Christmas Shut Down
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, W1U 2DW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
