In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CFO and will be providing administrative and development support to the CFO and CEO. The Accounts Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the CFO.

Responsibilities Includes:

- Reconcile accounts including Receivables and Payables.
- Preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Administering payrolls and accurate records are maintained.
- Controlling income/expenditures and auditing financial information for inconsistencies.
- Assist with financial forecast and analyse risk.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance of accounts and information being logged in real time.
- Assisting in managing company assets and other financial expenditures.
- Handling any financial correspondence and assisting the CFO & CEO in putting them together.
- Attending meetings and taking detailed dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently with detailed action plan as appropriate.
- Producing Reports and Presentations.
- Maintain the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve the current systems.
- Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
- Adhering to best practices in accounting, as outlined by industry experts and espoused by the company.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Skill set required:
Essential:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency with accounting software ideally Xero, Windows and Office 365.
- Strong analytical skills with interest in how a business functions.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- An efficient understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience of software such as Teams and Jira or ability to learn and adapt.
- Excellent Management, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Due to the functionality of the work, the functions of this position should be performed in a private office location.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Xero platform.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £21,465.77-£32,876.34 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
