**Job Title**:Administrator
**Base Location**: Plymouth
**Salary**: £20,000-£25,000 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
**Working Pattern**: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time
**What will I be doing in this role?**
Joining us as an administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of your depot by providing a comprehensive range of administrative services to the team, giving them the support they need to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers.
**Some of your role will involve**:
- Inputting of data onto our database.
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Checking time sheets carry the correct information for processing and verifying them.
- You will work at all times in a safe manner and engage with and actively contribute to all company and department safety activities and initiatives.
- Preparing reports, schedules, summaries and correspondence
- Managing Outlook admin inbox
- Joining regular meetings and minuting if required
- Answering telephone calls efficiently and professionally, taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed on
- Ensure operatives training is kept up to date and booking as necessary.

- You’ll be an experienced Administrator with exceptional customer service skills.
- You’ll be a confident decision-maker, taking ownership and using your own initiative to resolve problems. With exemplary attention to detail, you’ll ensure the highest of standards, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
- You’ll be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and will have great communication skills to deal with challenging situations.
