We are actively looking for a European Region HR Business Partner who can be located in our Exeter, Farnborough, or London offices. As part of the HR team, the HR Business Partner will provide tactical regional support for various HR functions such as, but not limited to, employment, employee relations, performance management and benefits and compensation administration. This role interacts with staff at all levels. This role also assists the HR Director in developing and implementing HR policies, systems/procedures and ensuring ongoing compliance.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Evaluates and facilitates HR functional capacity and service delivery for the European region
- Implement collaborative actions to facilitate the evaluation and development of HR services and infrastructure
- Build knowledge, expertise, and capacity leveraging internal and external resources
- Implements corporate policy at the regional level for business units and/or divisions
- Facilitates regional organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues
- Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach for region
- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through regional and company cultural process perspective and organizational development
- Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., performance reviews review, workforce planning, and organizational change) throughout region
- Leads special projects as assigned in the realm of human resources management
- Manges the delivery of regional training and other capacity building efforts
- Identifies and access internal and external regional resources to provide timely and effective technical assistance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; required
- Master’s degree in related field; preferred
- SPHR, GPHR, CIPD or other HR professional certification are highly valued
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Business Partner capacity; required
- 5+ years as an HR Regional Manager or Director; required
- Demonstrated success as an HR generalist supporting employee groups in multiple locations within the region or global environment; required
- Experience supporting multiple European countries; preferred
- Demonstrated success in supporting key senior management and building relationships; required
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training and development; required
- Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who can work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational units; required
- Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment and on deadline; aptitude for problem solving and decision making; required
- Superb written and verbal communication skills; required
- Capable of managing conflict and conflicting views
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; preferred
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual preferred
- (Spanish or Portuguese) highly desired
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
