Temporary Administrator

My Bamber Bridge based client, an international supplier and leader in their field, are looking to recruit a diligent, self-starting administrator to assist their busy team.
The role will involve administrative support throughout the service and supply desk.]
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Matching documentation on the in house system
- Signing off invoice notes
- Printing and collating information packs
- Filing
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Data entry
- Any other ad hoc duties required
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hour week)
In return, my client offers a modern, very friendly working environment, free tea & coffee. On site parking and good local public transport routes.
This is a temporary position expected to continue 2 months +
