My Client, an innovative international service company are looking to appoint a diligent and dedicated front of house coordinator on a temporary basis with an immediate start.

The purpose of this role is to represent my prestigious, corporate company with the up-most professionalism & dedication and assist with general administrative tasks throughout the company.

**Duties will include;**
- Meet and greet visitors
- Answer main switchboard
- Managing conference room bookings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging couriers for parcels
- Refilling refreshments in meeting rooms and ordering buffets as requested
- Updating car park passes
- Raising Purchase Requests as and when required
- Ordering stock supplies, tea, coffee etc and managing our milk delivery
- Arranging company travel ie. hotels, flights, car hires etc. as and when required to cover holidays and/or sickness
- Assisting with any other admin duties on ad hoc basic

**Skills and qualities required;**
- Front of house presentable
- Highly organised
- Good people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management
- Able to work independently and use initiative

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (37.5 hours)
