**Faculty Improvement Partner - Cross Campus**

**Salary: £28,751- £44,441**

**37 hours per week**

**Fixed Term - 01/08/24**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Faculty Improvement Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager, and play a key part in driving continuous improvements in teaching, learning, and assessment, working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure an outstanding learner experience across our college.

Whilst faculty based, the post holder is likely to have a cross-college function. In order to ensure practice remains sector leading the post holder will undertake a teaching commitment of up to 180 hours maximum a year.
- Previous experience of working in a coaching/ consultant role
- Up to date knowledge of pedagogical practices and innovations for TLA
- Previous experience of quality assurance
- The ability to work collaboratively and be an effective communicator

The ability to use the Welsh language at basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable
