Working closely with existing and new clients, to drive year-on-year revenue growth, the Client Partner focusses on deals aligned to Target’s Growth strategy including supporting synergy/cross sell activity with Tech Mahindra and other portfolio companies.

Supported by SMEs/Solution Architects and Bid Management, you regularly focus on gathering requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to new and existing clients. Writing compelling proposals which clearly articulate client differentiators, key win themes, compelling pricing and deal structures.

By networking across the client base to identify new opportunities and key decision makers, you strive to sell further products and services to existing clients and potential customers. Actively promoting client product offering as a thought leader in industry events, conferences, focus groups etc.

You are a leader across the business, supporting others where they are required to hit the business objectives, working closely with operations, marketing, and other colleagues across the group to ensure solutions presented to clients are workable.

**Requirements**:
**People**
- To work closely with Solutions team and new propositions leads to ensure market opportunities identified and solutions are geared to success in our target markets. To also drive successful bid outcomes, driving client centricity in the wider Target business.
- To attend internal learning sessions to develop wider opportunity understanding.
- To liaise with partners in Tech Mahindra (TechM) and more widely for business growth.

**Customer and Client**
- To support the development of solutions to drive new business wins within our chosen markets.
- To develop understanding of our target markets to add credibility and value.
- To understand the external influences, opportunities and challenges that customers face in the market.
- To develop extensive networks to identify and pro-actively pursue new opportunities through to closure.

**Financial**
- To support the team to identify prospects in our strategic sectors, understand their business values, drivers and objectives and position Target and TechM solutions in order to meet these.
- To drive sales of Target and TechM solutions in line with annual targets for revenue and profit.
- Ensuring that all key terms, conditions and commercial issues discussed or agreed during opportunity development are communicated to the assigned Target contract negotiation team, focussing on not only on contract value but profitability.

**Process & Analysis**
- To improve the quality and quantity of prospects and sales.
- To ensure engagement across the team with their colleagues to maximise the success of any bids.
- Once a contract is secured, ensure a quality hand over of information to Target’s Implementation
- and Account Management functions.
