Service Desk Analyst, (Remote), Permanent

We are currently working with a large business in the South East who are looking for passionate and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a growing and close knit team of skilled 1st and 2nd line engineers. You will be supporting a large user base remotelyand occasionally on site from time to time.

Experienced required;
Ideally at least 3 or more years in IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk / Desktop support

Ideally ITIL certified, or good knowledge of ITIL processes.

Knowledge of;
- Windows/Microsoft technology
- Dell Technology
- MS Office 365
- Intune
- Active Directory
- Windows server
- Basic Networking
- Familiar with cloud technology such as Azure and AWS (but not essential)
- Device and Equipment management

They are looking for passionate, can-do, positive people, that love working with technology and people taking calls and fixing problems with mínimal escalation, and finding solutions to the problems presented.

The client would prefer someone who can be onsite a couple of days a week, but will consider fully remote with the caveat that they will have to be open to coming into the offices for training or on the odd occasion to meet up with the team.
