**Admin Assistants (Customer Support) - Ballymena - NI Electricity Networks**

Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks) is the owner of the electricity transmission and distribution networks in Northern Ireland, transporting electricity to over 910,000 customers including homes, businesses and farms.

**Employee Benefits**:

- **Duration**:12 month contract initially with view to becoming permanent
- **Hours of work**: 37 per week Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
- **Rate of pay **:£10.65 p/h
- **Holidays**:34 days holidays (pro rata)
- **Parking**:Free parking

**You will provide a range of administrative support functions to include**:

- Registering keypad payments
- Arranging and scheduling customer appointments
- Organising and preparing letters for posting
- General admin duties.

**Criteria**:

- 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English Grace C or above
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Current Drivers Licence and Access to transport
- IT Competency - working knowledge of MS Office suite including word, excel, outlook and zoom
- Customer Service skills and experience
- Positive attitude, strong focus on team work and
- Excellent attention to detail, processing data correctly, efficiently and consistently
- Ability to work on own initiative
