**Admin Assistants (Customer Support) - Ballymena - NI Electricity Networks**

Are you looking for a regular Monday - Friday routine?
- **Location**: Ballymena
- **Duration**:Temporary initially with a view to becoming permanent after successful 12month review
- **Hours of work**: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
- **Rate of pay **:£10.65 p/h

**You will provide a range of administrative support functions to include**:

- Registering keypad payments
- Arranging and scheduling customer appointments
- Organising and preparing letters for posting
- General admin duties.

**Criteria**:

- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grace C or above or 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- IT Competency - working knowledge of MS Office suite including word, excel, outlook and zoom
- Customer Service skills and experience
- Positive attitude, strong focus on team work and
- Excellent attention to detail, processing data correctly, efficiently and consistently
- Ability to work on own initiative
