Smart Education is a recruitment service for schools in the West Midlands

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work at a school which caters for pupils from 3 - 19 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay and Severe Learning Difficulties.

You must have a proven background and experience of successfully working in a special school environment, be able to form good working relationships with students, be an excellent role model and have excellent skills in responding to and resolving challengingbehaviours.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and committed professional who is flexible and reliable, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, particularly as a member of a team.

**Qualifications Required**:Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent. 6+ Months minimum experience

**Salary**: £65.00 - £85.00 per day

**Hours**: Monday to Friday - Full Time

**Location**:Shirley
