Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to our students, helping them achieve their academic goals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for education and a strong ability to build relationships with pupils in small groups and one-on-one settings.
Job Requirements- A Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working with SEN students would be desirable.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
- A competitive daily rate of £400 - £470.
- PAYE paid weekly.
- Free access to our SEND Toolkit skills development.
- Funded formal qualifications, including Level 2 SEND, Level 3 Teaching and Learning, Level 4 HTLA, and Level 5 TEFL.
- Career progression via our Care to Classroom Setting Conversion Course.
