**Job Purpose**: The HR Generalist will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering day-to-day HR tasks and projects in hands on capacity within the Enisca Group.

You will work closely with the HR Director in areas including, resource planning, recruitment, training, performance management, employee well-being, employee relations issues and employee engagement.

The role is ideally suited to a HR professional that can work independently as well as part of a team, someone who can identify opportunities, embrace challenges and is ready for the next step in their HR career.

**The main duties and responsibilities that the HR Generalist will be responsible for are**:

- Building and maintaining enduring business partnerships across the Enisca Group ensuring that the HR Generalist provides an effective and efficient HR service, strives for continuous improvement and always upholding the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in all tasks that are undertaken.
- Actively co-ordinating the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, from resource planning to driving recruitment initiatives to fulfil resourcing needs at all levels.
- Providing advice and support to managers and employees in line with the Enisca Group's policies, procedures, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all colleagues, resolving queries and employee relations matters effectively.
- supporting initiatives to promote the health, safety and well-being of all employees.
- Undertake travel to and work from other company sites, this will include some travel to England to engage with and support other companies within the group.
- Assist in HR related ad-hoc projects across the Group.

- Has the confidence to deal with senior managers and liaise with all levels within the business.

**Essential**
- Third level qualification in HRM or related discipline OR at least 3 years similar experience in the last 5 years
- A strong working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in UK
- A proven track record of delivering HR practices in a dynamic, Multi-site, work environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willing to undertake travel.
- A current driving licence.
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Training systems.

**Desirable**
- CIPD Qualified
- Previous experience in a Construction/Manufacturing/Engineering industry.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
