**Vaccination UK**, part of European Lifecare Group are looking for multiple administrators who can provide a comprehensive administrative call centre role. You will support the delivery of community-based immunisation sessions in the BHR Hub.

We offer competitive rates of pay, in house paid for training, 5.6 weeks holiday, and a friendly and supportive working environment. This role will help you acquire new skills and will expand your administration knowledge.

**Main Duties**

As part of the team, the focus of the role is to assist in the day to day running of the immunisation programme's call centre. Duties will include:

- Coordinating the operation of the community clinics in line with company policy and procedures.
- Be a proactive worker with excellent communication skills.
- Working towards KPI's to ensure targets are achieved.
- Participate positively in regular team meetings.
- Have a clear and polite telephone manner.

**Person Specification**
- Call centre experience necessary.
- Bilingual skills would be a bonus.
- Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook Etc.
- Excellent record keeping and organisation skills.
- Experience of working in a health care setting desirable.
- Adaptable to new situations
- Ability to work accurately and with good attention to detail.

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract till December 8th 2023, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm or 10am - 6pm.

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour with Enhanced rates for evening and weekend work.
