**Location: Romford, Essex**
One of our clients, a prestigious insurance broker, is looking for people to assist the claims department with both administrative tasks and the first notification process. Do you have impressive IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills?We would like to hear from you today.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Reviewing and actioning new claims received
- Call Policyholders to take notification of the claim
- Call Third party representatives to establish details of a claim
- Answer incoming claims enquiry calls
