We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to join us in Dartford.

**About the Role**

Working on our 10-year contract with Moat Homes, you will be responsible for managing a team of planners and schedulers and liaising with Moat Homes’ contact centre to deliver a high quality service. This includes managing day-to-day service delivery, ensuringjobs are scheduled in line with customer expectations and our appointment promises are met.

Your role will include ensuring your team of schedulers and planners adhere to their daily disciplines to ensure targets are met and deliver an excellent service to Moat Homes’ customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback usingour Rant & Rave customer satisfaction module, using their feedback to drive service improvements.
