Property/estates Manager

Our client is based in Great Yarmouth and manages a portfolio of properties on behalf of a private individual.

They are seeking a Property Manager to manage all aspects of the portfolio, from negotiating with tenants and agreeing new leases, down to taking electicity readings etc.

A selection of duties below, however it is a very varied role:

- Instructing solicitors on lease preparation based on agreed heads of terms.
- Awareness of Landlord & Tenant Act.

Some experience of the following:

- Asbestos Materials Survey Reports and ongoing asbestos material management requirements.
- Electrical Installation Inspection Reports.
- Energy Performance Certification
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Flood Risk assessments
- Legionella Risk Assessments
- Licences to Assign
- Licence for Alterations
- Deeds of Variation
- Agreements for lease
- Dealing with ongoing maintenance and dilapidation issues with properties both let & vacant.
- Maintaining records on properties leased, annual rentals, rent review milestones, lease renewal dates.

This role would definitely suit someone with a background in property or surveying, however, previous relevant experience is not essential.
