We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the Trust's property management in line with the Malvern Hills Acts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage visitor infrastructure, boundary and real property management, land acquisition, licensing and planning across the estate.
  • Report to the CEO and contribute to the Trust's overall reputation.
  • Manage difficult issues with sensitivity and negotiate effectively.
  • Hold a chartered surveyor qualification or be working towards it.
  • Be a member of a relevant professional body.
Requirements:
  • Educated to a degree standard or equivalent by experience.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
