About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of our estate management, ensuring the safe provision of visitor infrastructure, boundary and real property management, land acquisition, licensing and planning across our 1,200 hectares of iconic landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our estate, including visitor infrastructure and boundary management
  • Oversee land acquisition, licensing, and planning to ensure compliance with the Malvern Hills Acts
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and implement estate management strategies
  • Ensure the effective management of our estate, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities
Requirements
  • Chartered surveyor qualification or equivalent experience
  • Member of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CAAV
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues with sensitivity and discretion
  • Full valid UK driving licence
