We are working across a wide range of transformational initiatives with Commercial, including:

- Greenfield - a new E2E initiative looking at automating and simplifying out propositions and process, with convergence at its heart
- Core Digital Services - increasing the professionalism and maturity of our service & support around our core digital platforms
- Insights & Innovation - unlocking data about our customers to power relationship, sales & trading conversations.

**This role entails**
- Identify, shape, size and gain consensus around the key areas of change impacted by the planned piloting, development and roll-out of one or more of the new CT&C outcome areas
- Plan the implementation of the key areas of change across ITV Commercial
- Engage with the main business teams to develop joined up implementation plans for pilot, launch and roll out
- Manage the implementation of the change activities across ITV Commercial and the Agency groups as we launch and roll out the new proposition across Agencies and ITVCommercial
- Develop high level as-is op model of the Linear / Commercial business covering Process, People and key metrics
- Quantify the key volumetrics related to the current processes, identifying any key constraints and bottlenecks
- Identify the key areas of the business impacted by the planned changes and describe with clarity the nature of the change anticipated
- Work with Product and Design teams to develop high level to-be options around the future op model across processes, people and roles, modelling key future volumetric scenarios
- Shaping and delivery of a function-level change and comms approach, plan and stakeholder mapping
- Supports design and delivery of senior stakeholder engagement
- Drive and own the change implementation plan, identifying and escalating issues and risks to the wider programme governance structure and ensuring alignment to the wider programme
- Develop a plan for the change implementation, including:

- Organisational role definitions and org structures
- Resourcing and recruitment
- Training
- Comms
- HR implementation
- Launch operational / business acceptance
- Phasing (in an Agile delivery environment support piloting and learning, launch and rollout)
- Post launch support
- Transition to steady state

**To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills**:
**Minimum role criteria**:

- Extensive experience of working in cross-functional project teams and the delivery of change in fast-moving, learning-based and agile environments.
- Proven track record of having established successful business relationships, and have influenced and engaged with operational stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner with proven stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the UK broadcast industry & broadcast/OTT advertising market
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry

**The Key role criteria is as follows**:

- Experience shaping and delivering a function-level change and comms approach, planning and stakeholder mapping
- Experience in design and delivery of senior stakeholder (Management Board and below) engagement
- Ability to design and complete/ creation of change impact assessment and user experience mapping
- Track record in design and delivery of an outcomes-focused measurement approach that shows progress in relation to engagement and buy-in to the change
- Ability to design and deliver workshops
- Experience in management of Change Champions
