In this fantastic role as the Head of Business change you will be accountable for the business change delivery activities of the Logistics and Fulfilment Operating Model Review, ensuring a successful transition from the ‘as is’ through to the ‘to be’, clarifying the approach, management and delivery of all business change activities in this highly complex and large scale business transformation programme.

Reporting into the Head of Logistics Development & Delivery you will own and manage the Business Change Management activities plan, driving and delivering how the Business Change Management plan is communicated, tracked, and executed across the relevant cross functional stakeholders.

**What you need to Know & Show**:

- Experience and understanding of change management and project management including Agile principles.
- Excellent influencing skills and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely & positively.
- A broad understanding of our business
- Experience in leading and managing large scale change.
- Be commercially astute.
- Expert knowledge of relevant change methodologies and agile working practices
- Team Leadership - strong coaching, management, and succession planning skills
- Ability to innovate and implement, combining strategic and analytical perspectives with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to quickly forge new relationships and create strong stakeholder engagement.
- Is highly commercially and financially aware with sound business and wider industry knowledge.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and to interpret and make sense, relative to the project scope.
- Great communication skills across all levels - both written and verbal.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to make it happen at pace.
