**About the role**
**This role will be primarily Liverpool based but occasional travel to our Head Office in Cambridge will be required.**
- ERP Implementation: Lead and participate in all phases of the ERP implementation project with specific focus on planning, requirements gathering, global design documentation and testing.
- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization and automation.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization by implementing best practices, standardizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including IT, operations, finance, and supply chain, to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
**About you**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement with a focus on ERP implementation
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion (preferred), SAP or MS Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of process manufacturing principles.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management/ Continuous Improvement certification (e.g., Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
