**The Role**:

- To maintain effective communication with managers, suppliers and customers.
- Timesheet administration, liaising with operatives and managers.
- Purchase order processing and procurement.
- Document control - to set up and maintain effective systems.
- To support Contracts Managers in clearing workload.
- Handling incoming calls and reception duties.
- To support Accounts and Office Managers with various tasks.
- To maintain and develop spreadsheets - knowledge of Excel essential.

**The Person**:

- Adaptable to change and able to work flexibly.
- Excellent communicator.
- Positive attitude to team working.
- Able to stay focused while working across various areas of the business.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in construction industry/electrical or mechanical contracting advantageous but not essential.

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
