**Job overview**:
This post is a trainee post and the post holder will be expected to complete the relevant training & development to become a qualified apprenticeship tutor.

You will be responsible for the delivery, teaching and assessment of Apprenticeships in Administration & Customer Service. They will support the organisational aim to meet the developing a workforce that is fit for purpose.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will be responsible for the development of non-clinical apprenticeship provision, teaching and assessment by creating differentiated schemes of work and detailed lesson plans for Customer Service Practitioner and Business Administrator standards. These will be contextualised in an NHS setting to underpin timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standards.

You will use a variety of specialised methods and approaches including class taught sessions, workshops, one to one sessions and online platforms.

You will prepare the learning environment thoroughly for all teaching and learning sessions by creating and resourcing cost-effective resources to promote contextualised inclusive learning. Act as vocational Assessor where appropriate.

You will maintain the electronic portfolio to record the learner journey to meet audit requirements.
