Location: Malvern
Hours: Day shift
Pay: £10.00 - £12.00 per hour
Contract: Part Time 20 hours / week
A Manufacturing company based in Malvern are searching for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis working on a day shift, 39 hours per week. The company themselves have been in their industry for over 25 years.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
Answering telephones to customers, suppliers, and others in a professional manner.
Filing details after taking phone call enquiries.
Raising and issue purchase orders for Production parts.
Assisting with purchase of invoice queries, liaising with suppliers, and purchasing ensuring queries are handles correctly and in a timely manner.
Process sales orders, including taking and processing card payments.
Raising and issuing invoices.
As an Administrator you will be required to:
Have previous experience working as an Administrator will be essential.
Working in a Manufacturing environment in the past would be beneficial.
Previous experience working in purchasing would be beneficial.
Pro-active and using initiative in work to find the best solutions to queries.
Computer literate using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel ETC.
A good phone manner will be essential.
The role of Administrator will be working on temporary basis being paid between £10.00 - £12.00 per hour
