Payroll Advisor - Fixed term contract - circa 12 months
Location: Malvern/Home worker/Hybrid (must be able to commute to the Malvern site)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

What you'll be doing.
As a Payroll Advisor your primary responsibility will be to oversee all UK Payroll administration ensuring the interface between Workday and ADP is accurately managed in line with Company and statutory protocol. You will work in partnership with employees, Managers and HR colleagues to deliver payroll on a monthly basis and support with ad hoc reporting and HR administration.
What are your responsibilities?- Oversee the payroll operation for c.800 employees across all UK business areas and manage the relationship with the external provider.- Manage annual pay review or mass change process, for UK (2 payroll groups), ensuring all aspects of the process are managed effectively.- Manage yearly PSA, P11 and P60s and OCR submissions for the business- Manage the post payroll process, i.e., Pensions, SIP.- Ensure any pay changes as a result of annual pay negotiations, are implemented in a high quality and customer focused way.
What do you need to be successful in this role?- Payroll and benefits experience is essential (ADP and Workday system exposure would be an advantage)- Proven experience of working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise effectively.- Strong communications skills.- Experience of effective challenging- HR administration experience also beneficial- HR information Systems - preferably Workday- Payroll systems - preferably ADP and IHCM
Microsoft office to include strong M/S Excel experience
