Claims Administrator

**The Role**
- Answer telephone calls and update our inhouse system at the first stage of a customer claim
- Supporting claims handler with chasing documentation needed to process claims and insurer requests.
- Overseeing everyday tasks to assist handler and action when necessary.
- Preparing Excel reports for internal and external stakeholders
- General admin such as scanning documentation and photocopying.
- Assist other areas of the business as directed by manager when the need arises.
- Minimum of one year’s customer service experience in any industry
- A passion for delivering the best service possible to your customers
- Ability to build a rapport with lots of different types of individuals internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

- Confidence to manage your workload and any issues professionally and calmly

- Ideally a minimum of 2 A Levels grade C or above alongside English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Computer Literate
