To assist with the organising and processing of Company Ledgering paperwork and promote efficiency within Res & Sons Limited and to promote audit trail for all accounting paperwork

Key Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to:

- Raising jobs and accepting jobs on portal and Clik.
- Processing wholesaler and sub-contractor invoices on Clik and dext,
- Weekly summary sheet reconciliation for payroll including tracker,
- Process all engineer expenses on clik and dext,
- Management of engineer’s modules to ledger jobs,
- Raising POs for engineers as necessary,
- Monitoring and updating clients’ portals as necessary,
- Processing sales invoices on accounting software,
- Any other specified and reasonable tasks as requested by the Company
