**About the Role**:
McLaughlin Recruitment Group (MRG), is seeking dedicated Care Workers to join our clients teams in Cheltenham and the Surrounding Areas. This role, whether pursued full-time or part-time, offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate and person-centered care to individuals in their homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support individuals in regaining independence post-hospital stay.
- Provide personal care, including assistance with washing and dressing.
- Offer medication support.
- Motivate clients to enhance their daily lives.
- Assist with shopping, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings.

**Requirements**:

- Desirable: Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference.
- Respect for people's right to privacy.
- Zero tolerance for all forms of abuse.
